SEAVI Advent has completed the divestment of its portfolio company Dynamic Colours Limited to Intraco Limited, Singapore listed industrial corporate, via a trade sale.
Dynamic Colours is one of the largest plastic resin supply chain solutions provider in Asia, offering colour compounding and modified compounding of resins used in the manufacture of plastic components, and manufacturing of heavy-duty polyethylene bags used for the petrochemical industry. Company has operations in China, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.
SEAVI Advent invested in Dynamic Colours in 2005, seeing good fundamentals and growth opportunity within the sector. Post investment, SEAVI Advent worked closely with management to expand the business via organic growth and acquisitions, and eventually assisted the company list on the Singapore Exchange in November 2007. During the investment period, company’s revenue almost quadrupled from US$25m to US$94m, cementing Dynamic Colours’ pole position as a premier resin supply chain solutions provider in China’s greater Shanghai region.

The sale raised proceeds in excess of S$10mil for SEAVI Advent.
